The guest house was recently renovated and has a gorgeous bay window, air conditioning, two skylights, and a spa-like bathroom.
We pride ourselves in keeping it absolutely spotless.The studio cottage is 200 square feet -- perfect for a single person or a couple visiting the area.

Please note that the guest house has a coffee maker and mini fridge but no kitchen. There are plenty of great cafes and restaurants walking distance on University Avenue and at Town and Country Shopping Center.

The guest house has a private entrance, so you can come and go as needed.
You'll have full access to the guest house via an easy-to-use smart lock, so you can self check-in when it's most convenient for you.
